Tasks

• Counseling and support of customers throughout the entire implementation process in the ERP area – from analysis to final introduction
• Gathering, documenting, and improving business processes in areas such as procurement, sales, logistics, production, and finance
• System configuration, adjustments, and training for users
• Interface function between customers, development, sales, and support
• Participation in presentations and the creation of technical concepts
• Handover to existing customer care and long-term accompaniment

Qualification

• Degree or equivalent training in the fields of (business) informatics, business administration, or a similar discipline
• First practical experiences in ERP projects, e.g. as consultant, key user, or IT project participant
• Fundamental technical understanding (e.g. regarding databases, interfaces, and system logics)
• Outstanding analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and a structured work approach
• Very good German language skills and good English; additional European language skills are an asset
• Moderate travel activity: Typically 2-3 appointments per project (each 2-3 days per month)
