Aufgaben

• Comprehensive project management in financial accounting: Independent planning, control, and monitoring of ERP projects based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central – from the conceptual phase to successful project completion.
• Surety of solution quality: Responsibility for the quality of delivered customer solutions, including meticulous documentation for quality assurance and traceability of development tasks.
• Team leadership & coordination: Leadership and organizational support of project teams as well as coordination with relevant departments and external partners.
• Kundenworkshops & process analysis: Conducting workshops and in-depth analyses directly at the customer's site to gather, specify, and structure individual business processes.
• Individual system adaptation: Development and adaptation of Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central according to customer-specific and industry-specific requirements.
• User documentation: Creation of practical handbooks and guides to support end-users in their daily system use.
• Implementation & training: Introduction of the ERP solution at the customer's site as well as training for key users and users for sustainable system usage.
• Go-Live & Support: Accompaniment of the productive setup (Go-Live) and subsequent consultation and support in actual operation.
• 2nd- & 3rd-Level-Support: Support for the support department on complex technical or professional questions.
• Sales support (Pre-Sales): Support for sales through technical expertise and solution-oriented consulting.
• Knowledge exchange: Active participation in internal knowledge transfer through exchange of experiences, best practices, and technical innovations.

Qualifikation

• Educational background & qualification: You have completed a degree in (business-)informatics, business administration or a comparable IT education.
• Experience: You bring already several years of experience in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central environment – ideally in project leadership or development.
• Process understanding: You understand business processes and can efficiently transfer individual business processes into ERP systems.
• Working style: You work responsibly, think entrepreneurially, and take over responsibility for projects and results.
• Mobility: You are willing to travel within the D-A-CH region for customer meetings.
• Soft skills: You are communicative, engaged, and characterized by a structured, goal-oriented, and customer-oriented working style.
• Learning readiness: You like to learn, acquire new knowledge through self-study, and stay technically up-to-date.
• Linguistic skills: You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
