Tasks

• Strategic Consulting: You advise our municipal customers comprehensively on the selection and implementation of IT solutions and accompany the digitization of administrative processes.
• Project Management: You are responsible for IT projects from analysis to conception to successful implementation and acceptance.
• Interface Function: You moderate workshops, train users, and act as a competent link between departments and IT development.
• KI & Innovation: You identify potential for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in administration to make processes more efficient and citizen-friendly through intelligent automation.
• Foresight: You develop existing software portfolios further and adapt them to statutory requirements (e.g. OZG) and technological trends.

Qualification

• Qualification: You have a degree in the field of (Economic-) Informatics, Public Administration or a comparable qualification with an IT focus.
• Experience: You bring fundamental knowledge in IT consulting or project management – ideally in the public sector.
• KI Affinity: You have a strong interest in modern technologies like AI and their practical benefits for public administration.
• Soft Skills: You are communicative, solution-oriented, and enjoy conveying complex issues in an understandable way.
• Mindset: An independent working style and the motivation to build the administration of tomorrow characterize you.
