About the role We are seeking a Junior Motion Graphics Designer who will help us take our brand's visual identity to the next level by creating engaging motion graphics for our marketing campaigns, social media content, and internal communications. The ideal candidate should have experience in motion graphics design, be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects), and have a strong understanding of storytelling principles. Responsibilities: • Design and develop motion graphics for various formats (social media, email, website, etc.) • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that aligns with our brand's visual identity • Develop and maintain a library of reusable motion graphics elements • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion graphics design • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for future projects. Requirements: • 1-2 years of experience in motion graphics design • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects • Strong understanding of storytelling principles and visual identity • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or related field.
