You are a master of motion and breathe life into static designs. Your passion is to create captivating social ads through animations, transitions, and visual effects that stand out in the feed – and you use AI video tools like second nature to transform concepts into cinematic motion graphics in no time. You work in a lean, interdisciplinary CrayAds Team consisting of Creative Strategists, Performance Marketers, Video People, and a Graphic Designer – a good mix of people who know what makes great creatives, but need you to elevate the visual quality to a new level. You are not just an implementer, but a creative head with a sense of aesthetics, motion, and modern AI workflows that significantly influence the performance of our campaigns.

Tasks

Concrete

You conceptualize and create high-quality motion designs for social ads on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.

• You set AI video tools like Higgsfield, Sora, and Kling to produce shots, variations, and visual effects quickly and at a high level.
• You work closely with the CrayAds Team – Creative Strategists, Marketers, Video People, and Graphic Designer – to develop comprehensive creative concepts.
• You bring your own ideas and drive the technological advancement of our advertising tools forward.
• You experiment with new styles, techniques, and AI tools to always stay on the pulse of time.
• You give and take constructive feedback in the team to continuously improve the quality of your work.
• You keep track of your projects and deliver top-notch results reliably.

Qualification

Your Profile

• You have extensive experience as a Motion Designer, ideally with a focus on social media advertising.
• You are a pro in Adobe After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is a big plus.
• Ai-Video-Generation is no foreign word to you – tools like Higgsfield, Sora, and Kling are part of your standard toolkit. You know when to classically animate and when AI is the faster way.
• You have a strong portfolio that showcases your sense of aesthetics, timing, and visual storytelling.
• You are a team player through and through and have a desire to develop yourself in an ambitious environment.
• You are communicative and can justify your creative decisions in a clear and concise manner.
• You are curious, proactive, and expect the best from yourself.
• Mother-tongue German skills (spoken and written).
• Your place of residence is Munich (unavoidable). We set great store by Office-First.

This Role is NOT for you if:

• You shut down your laptop at 6:00 PM.
• You don't love motion design and live it.
• You see AI as a threat instead of the sharpest tool in your set.
• You rest on your current knowledge base and have no desire to learn new things.

• You love brainstorming with the team and developing creative concepts together.
• Your animations are perfect in sync and visually impressive.
• You use AI video tools daily and see hybrid workflows (hand + AI) as your unfair advantage.
• You have a desire to actively shape the visual identity of our ads.
• You have the ambition to be among the best in your field and continuously improve yourself.
• You want to work in an environment where your skills are valued and fostered.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Creative Strategy or Performance Marketing campaigns.
• You master extensive design tools (Figma, Photoshop, etc.).
• Your own AI pipelines (ComfyUI, Runway, Krea, Magnific, etc.).
• Experience with E-Commerce Brands (Food, Beauty, Lifestyle).
