And we are looking for a Motion Designer for Social Ads - Freelance (m/f/d) to support our team.

Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

• You develop and animate motion designs for Meta Ad Creatives (VSLs and explainer videos).
• You translate scripts and complex content into understandable, visually strong animations and graphics.
• You are able to adhere to scripts, storyboards, and existing brand guidelines while also contributing your own creative ideas.
• Together with our Creative Team, you develop new visual approaches and animation styles for our clients.

Qualifications

Your Qualifications:

• Good to very good skills in motion design and animation with After Effects.
• Very good sense for typography, layout, timing, and visual storytelling.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Cloud programs, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• You can independently deduce from a script which visualizations and animations best support a statement.
• Ideally, you already have experience with performance marketing, social ads, VSLs, or explainer videos.
• You work in a structured, reliable manner and can quickly familiarize yourself with different brands and design worlds.
• You are flexible, bring your own ideas, and continuously develop yourself professionally and creatively.
• You understand that with performance creatives, it's not just about aesthetics; animations must help generate attention and make content quickly understandable.
