Berlin (hybrid) | Part-time (20–24 hours)

Aufgaben

Motion Graphics, 3D & AI Innovation:

• KI-gestützte Asset-Erstellung: You use tools like Midjourney, Runway or Firefly to generate content efficiently and shift visual boundaries.
• Dynamic Content: Development of creative motion graphics for Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn from logo animation to complex visuals.
• 3D-Animation: You create high-quality 3D assets and animations (CGI) that elevate our social media productions to a new level.

Brand Safety & Qualität:

• Development of brand safety solutions: You ensure that all KI-generated and animated assets meet the strict corporate identity guidelines of our clients and are legally and visually safe.
• Creation of style guides and templates that guarantee consistent branding across all channels.

Post-Production Power:

• You support production in editing and ensure the visual upgrade of our video projects.
• Compositing, tracking, and retouching are your tools for perfection.
• Tight collaboration with the creative leadership and social media team for results that knock.

Qualifikation

Fachliche Qualifikation:

• A strong portfolio/showreel that showcases your skills in motion design, 3D, and animation.
• Professional experience, study, or training in the field of design, media design, or comparable.

Kreative & Technische Skills:

• You're comfortable working with 3D software (e.g. Cinema 4D, Blender) and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere, PS, AI).
• You're familiar with KI tools for image creation and video editing and know how to integrate them professionally into workflows.
• You understand how to implement complex brand guidelines precisely and safely.
