Motion & Data Analyst

*Responsible for the preparation and execution of vehicle crash testing, with emphasis on the regulations, mechanical preparation of the test property and dummy set up procedures.
*Must be well versed in federal and global regulatory requirements, how to correctly and repeatedly position the dummy and have knowledge of the vehicle architecture for correct installation of all data collection equipment to ensure a high level of quality for data collection.
*Responsible for the review and approval of submitted test requests to ensure they meet the intent of the regulatory or third party requirements.
*Evaluate proposed and new regulations and ensure test equipment is capable of meeting the requirements.
*Extensive knowledge of domestic and global regulatory requirements as related to physical test setup is mandatory.
*Responsible to design or review technical details of necessary purchased equipment to meet test requirements.
