We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Mother Teacher for our 1 & 2 Grades program at our Pasodara, Surat.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement age-appropriate, interactive lesson plans for Junior KG students.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration and curiosity.
- Monitor and support children’s developmental milestones across key domains (emotional, social, cognitive, and motor skills).
- Maintain consistent communication with parents regarding child progress and classroom activities.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and administrators to support curriculum implementation and school events.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of developmental stages and play-based learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
