Key Duties and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities Supervising and coordinating the work of staff members Ensuring all motel operations run smoothly and efficiently Maintaining accurate records and reports Managing budgets and financial transactions Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction Coordinating with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
