We are looking for an insurance professional for insurance and finance in customer service on a full-time basis through direct placement for an insurance company in Düsseldorf.

The position is suitable for you if you have experience as an insurance professional, insurance broker, or experience in customer service.

Your tasks:

• You will take over the telephone and written service of business customers
• You will process detailed applications and insurance policies according to internal guidelines
• You will also handle contract processing and provisioning as part of your daily tasks
• You will be responsible for welcoming new customers on the phone, advising them, and setting up their accounts in the system
• You will work on projects alongside your daily tasks and be involved in optimizing internal processes

Your profile:

• You bring a successfully completed vocational training in insurance or equivalent qualification
• You have first-hand experience in customer service in the insurance industry
• You bring good English and/or Dutch language skills as an added bonus
• You are familiar with common MS Office applications
• You stand out for your independent and reliable work style
• You win people over with your friendly and communicative nature
