Mortgage Underwriter

Role - Non-QM Underwriter (US Mortgage) Location - Ahmedabad (Onsite) Shift - US Shift Hours (Night Shift) Summary: The Underwriter is responsible for assessing the risk of a borrower being able to repay their mortgage to the lender, decision the loan adhering to the regulatory guidelines and company policy & procedures. Job Duties: Underwrite and decision Non-QM loans to comply with all applicable regulations. Should be able to underwrite all Tiers, including complex loan transactions. Maintain accurate records of all loan files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Provide excellent customer service to borrowers and lenders. Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory guidelines and company policies.
