Mortgage Broker Support

Are you an experienced Mortgage Broker Support professional looking to join a high-performing, close-knit team where your contribution truly makes an impact? Working alongside a team of experienced brokers, you'll play a key role in supporting the end-to-end lending process, from initial application through to settlement and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to brokers across residential, commercial, and SMSF lending.
• Manage loan applications from packaging and compliance checks to pricing, valuations, servicing, and data entry.
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties post-submission to ensure smooth progression of applications.
• Handle post-settlement client communication and ensure all records are accurate and up to date.
• Maintain client files, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and compliance standards.
• Keep abreast of industry updates, lender policies, and regulatory changes.

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in the mortgage broking or lending industry.
• Strong working knowledge of Mercury ApplyOnline (preferably within the Connective network).
• Experience with LoanApp and Simpology platforms.
• Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking highly regarded.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service focus.
• High attention to detail with solid time management and organisational skills.
• Team-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
