About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Mortgage Broker to join our growing finance team in Narellan Southwest Sydney office. In this role, you will manage end-to-end lending applications, support clients throughout the borrowing process, and work closely with lenders to achieve successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and recommend suitable lending products

• Prepare, lodge, and manage loan applications from start to settlement

• Liaise with clients, lenders, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing

• Conduct preliminary credit assessments and verify documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

• Stay up to date with lender policies, compliance requirements, and market changes

About You

• Relevant Diploma in Finance/Commerce/Mortgage Broking or higher qualification

with at least one-year relevant experience as a Loan Writer, Mortgage Broker Assistant, or similar role

• Strong understanding of Australian lending products and lender policies

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills

• High level of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple applications at once

• Experience using loan CRM or lodgement platforms (e.g., ApplyOnline, Broker Portal) is an advantage
