We are a Berlin-based B2C Fintech founded by two repeat founders (YC alum, exit) with prior 10+ year careers in investment banking and strategy consulting. We recently raised investment to assemble a 15-person, exceptionally strong core team.

The Opportunity

Our Al platform takes away much of the workload around documentation and enables you to do what you do best, helping our customers secure a mortgage.

As one of our first Mortgage Advisers, you'll be at the heart of this mission. You'll guide customers through their financing journey while helping us design the product and processes that make it effortless. This is a rare opportunity to join at the ground floor of a well-funded fintech, shaping both the customer experience and the technology behind it.

Tasks

What You'll Do

• Advise customers throughout their mortgage journey, from first consultation to final loan approval.
• Coordinate communication as the trusted link between buyer, notary, and our team.
• Support customers after closing, e.g. during property handover or rental preparation.
• Collaborate with product & operations to improve tools, workflows, and the overall customer experience.
• Share your mortgage know-how to help us navigate real-world lender cases and compliance details.

Requirements

• Experience advising customers on mortgages, real-estate financing, or similar banking products.
• A mix of hands-on client passion and process curiosity: you enjoy advising, but also improving how it's done.
• Fluency in German and strong English for internal collaboration.
• Proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
• Excitement about shaping the future of mortgage advice in Germany.
