- Monitor the operation of Urbvan units in real-time, working on vehicle telemetry systems.
- Manage and act on service continuity protocols with Supervisors and drivers of Urbvan units.
- Maintain close communication with the Customer Support team to ensure a good user experience.
- Organize and coordinate backup units in Urbvan operation.
