Pipe Network Monitoring Technician (m/f/d)

This is a permanent full-time position (38 hours). Remuneration is in accordance with the provisions of the VTV (Collective Agreement for the Public Sector) for the integration tariff group and is located in the B-area, consisting of 13 monthly salaries.
Tasks

You check above-ground and underground gas and water pipes for leaks and leakages.
You locate and document found leaks in accordance with technical regulations and the EU Methane Emissions Regulation.
You implement technical specifications and operational processes while adhering to all relevant safety and quality standards.
You use modern measuring devices and software solutions to process and document your tasks.
After intensive training, you actively participate in the on-call service.

Profile

You have completed technical training, for example as a gas and water installer, plant mechanic, pipe network builder, or in the field of mechanics, or equivalent.
Ideally, you have the special training "Localization of gas and water leaks" as well as "Localization of pipelines" or are willing to acquire them.
You are characterized by an independent, committed, and motivated way of working and convince with reliability, strong communication skills, and teamwork ability.
You possess a driver's license class B.
