Plumber Sanitary Engineering - Repair / Maintenance / Modernization (m/f/d)

With a broad range of expertise in trade and technical building management, we primarily take care of all technical aspects of your living environment and the commercially used cooperative properties.
Responsibilities

• You independently undertake the repair, maintenance, and servicing of our heating and sanitary systems directly in the residential stock.
• You carry out modernization work, from the renovation of individual bathrooms to the installation of modern heating technology.
• As a competent contact person, you advise our tenants on technical issues on-site and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• In a rotating team, you ensure emergency services and thus guarantee the technical supply security of our apartments.

Profile

• You have completed vocational training as a "Anlagenmechaniker:in für Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik (SHK)" (Installation Mechanic for Sanitary, Heating, and Air Conditioning Technology) or a comparable qualification.
• Your work is meticulous and independent, as your customers' satisfaction is your top priority.
• As a reliable team player, you are willing to get involved and keep a cool head even when faced with unforeseen challenges.
• You possess a Class B driver's license and communicate confidently in German (C1 level) with customers and colleagues.
