For our assembly department, we are looking for a Mechanical Assembly Fitter. - Builds all mechanical parts of all types of smart packers, both pre-assembly and final assembly.
- Assembles, adjusts, and checks mechanical, pneumatic, and servo-controlled systems.
- Contributes to determining the most efficient assembly sequence within the modular production system.
- Performs and checks assembly steps throughout the entire assembly process.
- Identifies improvements and provides feedback on machine groups and assemblies.
- Ensures correct time registration and reports quality deviations.
- Guides and trains less experienced fitters.
- Actively promotes the HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policy and ensures compliance with safety regulations.
- A completed vocational education (MBO) in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Experience with machine building, assembly, or mechanical assembly.
- Knowledge of pneumatic systems and affinity with servo technology.
- Technical insight and experience with reading technical drawings.
- A precise, quality-oriented, and independent work attitude.
- Team spirit and the willingness to guide and support colleagues.
- An attractive salary with 8% holiday pay.
