Mechanic / Diagnostic Technician | Utrecht

Contribute to sustainable mobility and keep our electric fleet in top condition. As a diagnostic technician at Transdev, you play a crucial role in the daily transport of hundreds of thousands of travelers.

What will you do?
As a diagnostic technician at Transdev, you will independently perform maintenance and repair work on our fleet. You will work daily on the latest (electric) buses and commercial vehicles and ensure they can safely take to the road. You will diagnose issues, devise appropriate solutions, and tackle complex technical challenges at both mechanical and electrical levels.

With your knowledge of modern vehicle electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics, you will make a difference. You will work on vehicles from major brands such as Mercedes, MAN, and Iveco, and you will be given the space to fully utilize your technical expertise. In this role, you are not only a specialist but also an indispensable link in the team that keeps the Netherlands moving.

• A salary between €3,299 and €4,554 per month;
• 8% holiday pay, an end-of-year bonus of 1.15%, and an annual gross payout of €400;

• We provide for now and the future: pension according to Rail & OV;

What do you bring?
You are technically skilled, eager to learn, and enjoy working on the latest vehicles. You have at least two years of relevant work experience and a completed education at BAT, EBAT level, or a comparable level. You have knowledge of electronics, hydraulics, and pneumatics and know how to deal with complex malfunctions. Working independently comes naturally to you, but you also make a valuable contribution in a team environment. Possessing a driver's license B and D is a plus. If you do not yet have a D driver's license, you can obtain it free of charge through the Transdev Academy.
