Field Service Technician

As a field service technician at Felder Group, you will work independently at customers' sites on installation, maintenance, and repair of our machines. You will also be responsible for providing technical support and advice to customers. Your tasks will include: • Installing, maintaining, and repairing machines at customer locations; • Providing technical support and advice to customers; • Identifying and resolving technical issues; • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge; • Working independently with minimal supervision; • Traveling to customer sites as needed. Requirements: • Completed vocational training in the field of mechanical engineering or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of machines; • Strong technical knowledge of processing machines; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; • Valid driver's license.
