Your Job as a Technician at RECO

As a Construction Site Security Technician, you are responsible for installing and commissioning our innovative security solutions. You work with smart camera systems and high-quality security solutions. Think of quickly deployable mobile camera masts, smart detection systems, mobile fire alarm systems, alarm systems, and access control systems. In this way, you contribute to safe construction sites and project locations every day.

You will go out independently to various projects, where you will assemble, configure, and deliver security installations ready for use. You will also have close contact with our work planners and schedulers who optimally prepare your work for you. Thanks to your technical knowledge, improvisation skills, and eye for quality, our clients can count on a reliable security solution that functions optimally day and night.

Your most important tasks:

✅ Installing, configuring, and commissioning smart camera systems, access control systems, and security installations.

✅ Testing, checking, and delivering complete security solutions.

✅ Identifying and solving technical challenges during installation.

✅ Analyzing and resolving faults and performing preventive maintenance.

✅ You are customer-oriented and communicate proactively and pleasantly with clients and colleagues.

✅ You pay attention to the safety of yourself, colleagues, and other persons on and near your workplace.

✅ Collaborating with colleagues from work preparation, planning, service, and technology to successfully deliver every project.

No workday is the same. One day you install a complete camera system on a construction site, the next day you work on a security solution at an industrial location. You work independently, with the support of your colleagues when needed, and you are given ample opportunity to develop yourself further.

Requirements

What do you bring?

👍 You have basic knowledge of electrical engineering or installation technology;

👍 You like to work independently, but also switch easily with colleagues;

👍 You enjoy working at different locations;

👍 You work neatly and think in terms of solutions;

👍 A VCA certificate or the willingness to obtain one through RECO.

👍 You possess a B driver's license.

Due to our certification, a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) application is a mandatory part of the application process.
