Job description
As a Structural Fire Safety Technician, you will apply fire-resistant applications to prevent fire spread and fire breakthrough. You will install fire-resistant insulation in service penetrations, among other things, in combination with fire collars. Think of fire-resistant finishing of cable trays, PVC pipes, sealing of openings, or the installation and finishing of fire dampers.
With us, you will work at various locations, from new construction projects to existing occupied buildings. One week you will be in a modern office building, the next week in a healthcare facility or apartment complex. You will encounter different situations that require technical insight and neat execution. Not standard work, but custom work where your experience makes the difference.

About the role
As a Structural Fire Safety Technician, you will work with colleagues to realize fire-safe situations in existing and new buildings. Your tasks include:- Applying fire-resistant seals at penetrations such as cable trays, pipes, and ventilation ducts
- Applying fire-resistant coatings and sealant
- Modifying and reinstalling doors, frames, and other structural components
- Ensuring neat and correct handover
You will work at various locations and projects. No standard repetitive work, but custom work where accuracy is important.

- A salary between € 2,900 and € 3,900 gross per month, depending on experience
- Good employment conditions in accordance with the Construction and Infrastructure Collective Labour Agreement

- Demonstrable experience in installation, construction, finishing, or installation technology
- Technical insight and eye for detail
- A professional attitude and sense of responsibility
- You enjoy working together and are reliable towards colleagues and clients
- Full-time availability
- Driver's license B is a plus
