Job description

Installer of steel structures and hall cladding elements

Place of work: Siemianowice Śląskie

Your responsibilities

  • * installation of steel structures for tunnel halls
  • * installation of cladding elements and hall equipment
  • * screwing, anchoring, and adjusting structures
  • * performing work using professional power tools, including Hilti
  • * working from mobile platforms, scissor lifts, and using telescopic equipment
  • * preparing the site for installation
  • * assisting with loading, unloading, and organizing materials at the execution site
  • * performing necessary general construction work related to installation
  • diagnosing reported defects and technical problems
  • performing repairs and adjustments to structures
  • replacing damaged or worn-out elements
  • repairs and corrections to hall cladding
  • performing technical inspections
  • assessing the condition of structures and indicating necessary repair work
  • performing minor modernization and additional works
  • direct cooperation with the client during service execution
  • maintaining a professional company image during client visits

Our requirements

  • * driving license category B - a necessary condition
  • * availability and readiness for business trips within Poland
  • * readiness to perform both installations and subsequent service work
  • * readiness and no contraindications for working at height
  • * ability to work in a team of several people
  • * responsibility, punctuality, and commitment
  • * compliance with Health and Safety regulations
  • * ability to use power tools and assembly equipment - drills, screwdrivers, hammers, grinders, and Hilti devices
  • * technical mindset and ability to independently solve simple problems
  • * accuracy and attention to the quality of work performed
  • * personal culture and proper customer approach
Would be an advantage
  • * licenses for loaders / telescopic handlers
  • * licenses for mobile elevating work platforms, including scissor lifts
  • * experience in operating the above equipment
  • * experience in installing halls, steel structures, roofs, or other construction and installation works
  • * experience in performing service work or technical repairs
  • * experience working at height
  • * ability to read simple drawings and technical documentation
  • * independence in diagnosing and removing defects
  • * experience in concrete work
  • * ability to perform concrete and assembly grouting
  • * experience in preparing foundations, anchoring structures, and performing minor reinforced concrete and general construction works
