Assembly Line Worker

Lavorint SpA - Gruppo Attal, a Parma-based company, is searching for an assembly line worker to join their metalmechanical industry client. The candidate will be inserted into the production department of the company where they will be responsible for assembling and mounting mechanical equipment and machinery destined for the food industry at the company's headquarters and on-site in Europe and around the world. ROLE: - Starting from correct reading and interpretation of technical drawings and assembly instructions, they will be responsible for assembling and mounting mechanical equipment and machinery destined for the food industry; - Production start-ups of machines and equipment at client companies (on-site); - Use of own tools such as drills and screwdrivers, measurement instruments etc.; - Quality control of work performed in accordance with company standards; - Constant reporting of work performed to the production department supervisor; - Cooperation with colleagues in the same department; - Maintenance of order and cleanliness of their workstation. REQUIREMENTS: - Previous experience of at least one year as a mechanical assembler; - Technical and/or mechanical degree or qualification; - Ability to work manually and precision in assembling mechanical components and machinery; - Capacity to follow technical instructions and use specific tools (workshop tools, measurement instruments); - Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings; - Availability to perform on-site transfers in Europe and around the world (at least 90 days per year); - Ability to work as part of a team and attention to detail; - Flexibility and adaptability to a constantly evolving working environment. LOCATION AND WORKING HOURS: Parma (PR). Full-time, Monday to Friday, with on-site transfers abroad (at least 90 days per year).
