Job Title and Role Purpose: To expand our internal staff, we are looking for an experienced mechanical or electromechanical assembler with a good previous experience gained in the industrial automation sector. Main Responsibilities · Management of the entire construction process of a machine or plant, including auxiliary systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.). · Ability to work on larger and more complex machines or plants that require greater technical drawing reading skills and adaptation of parts and final testing. · Experience in assembly and functional testing, regulation, commissioning, and maintenance. · The job may be performed in the workshop or production department (bench assembly or large structures). Technical Skills (Hard Skills) · At least 3-4 years of experience in the role. · Good manual skills and reading mechanical drawings (flat and 3D). · Good use of main tools and electrical instruments. · It is essential to know the main mechanical measurement tools (caliper, comparator, micrometer). · Knowledge of electrical measurement tools is appreciated. Soft Skills · Consider figures as mechanical or electromechanical assemblers primarily preferring previous experience in industrial automation. · Possess a broad vision, must be able to manage the entire construction process of a machine or plant, including auxiliary systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, etc.). · The person will also need to demonstrate seriousness, punctuality, and adaptability to teamwork. Employment Conditions · Place of work: Liscate (MI) · Working hours: Full-time. · Type of contract: Indefinite-term contract. · Salary package budget: RAL up to 35K depending on seniority, €8 in meal vouchers.
