For our plant in Castelfranco Emilia (MO), in collaboration with Randstad Italia, we are looking for motivated Mechanical Assemblers with excellent manual dexterity.

## The Role: What will you be doing?

Integrated into the production team, you will be responsible for the assembly and fitting of our machines. Specifically:

• Reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
• In-line and/or bench assembly of mechanical and hydraulic components.
• Quality control of the work performed, respecting deadlines and company standards.

Requirements: Who are we looking for?

• Previous experience in mechanical assembly (preferably in production or automotive contexts).
• Ability to read and understand assembly drawings.
• Excellent knowledge and use of common bench tools (screwdrivers, torque wrenches, drills, air guns).
• Precision, punctuality, and aptitude for teamwork.

• Workplace: Castelfranco Emilia (MO).
• Contract Type: Initial temporary contract with concrete possibilities for extension and continuity.
• Working Hours:
• Standard Hours: Mon-Thu 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM | Fri 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM / 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
• Flexibility: Availability to work on a 2-shift schedule (6:15 AM - 1:30 PM / 1:30 PM - 8:45 PM) required in case of production needs.

Salary Range: 28-34k
