Job description
Your Tasks
- Accompanying the installation of cable sets into the vehicle as well as checking the quality (if necessary, according to a checklist) in the customer's production and on the manufacturing line
- Documentation of occurring quality defects
- Recording and internal forwarding of customer inquiries
- Complaint processing using the 8D method
- Carrying out sorting and inspection activities at the customer's site
- Performing necessary rework
Your Profile
- Technical training or knowledge acquired through equivalent training and/or practical experience
- Professional experience in quality management in the automotive industry
- Independent, structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, also in an intercultural environment
- Good English skills as well as fluent German skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (50%), flexibility, and willingness to work shifts
