Electronic Assembler - SMT

About the opportunity:

We are looking for a professional to join our Assembly team. This position involves executing activities for preparation, feeding, and external setup of SMT lines, ensuring that materials, components, feeders, and programs are properly prepared and available to meet the production plan, contributing to the reduction of setup times and increased operational efficiency.

In this position, you will have the challenge of:

• Performing external setup preparation for SMT lines;
• Separating, checking, and providing electronic components and necessary materials for each production order;
• Assembling, disassembling, and organizing feeders according to setup lists;
• Performing component replacement and loading into feeders, ensuring traceability and correct identification;
• Supporting the production team during product changeovers and setup modifications;
• Recording controls and information in production systems and forms;
• Complying with quality, safety, environmental, and ESD standards;
• Identifying and reporting discrepancies in materials, components, or process documentation.

Requirements and qualifications:

• Technical course in Electronics, Electro-electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or related areas is desirable;
• Basic English is desirable;
• Knowledge of SMT processes;
• Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment;
• Experience with setup preparation, SMT line feeding, or SMT machine operation is desirable.
