Monster Receiving & Registration Employee

In this role, you are responsible for receiving, checking and registering incoming samples and related documentation in our LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System). You sort and prioritize the samples based on urgency, analysis type or specific customer agreements. The unpacking of samples from various transportation channels, such as couriers, post or internal transfer, is also part of your daily tasks.

You are a key link between different departments within our organization, including Planning & Logistics, Customer Service and laboratory teams. You will also have regular contact with customers, for example when there are deviations or uncertainties in the sample information provided. You ensure that these matters are resolved promptly, so that analyses can take place without delay. Additionally, you actively contribute to improving our internal processes and signal bottlenecks where possible.

We are looking for someone who works accurately and structured, even when it's busy. You communicate clearly, work well together but can also work independently. Experience in a logistical, administrative or laboratory environment is a plus, as is familiarity with a LIMS system. You have a MBO work and thinking level, preferably in a direction that matches the laboratory- or logistics-related field, and you master the Dutch language well. Knowledge of English is a plus point.
