MONOMANDRINI OPERATOR

STAFF SPA Permanent Staffing, division of STAFF S.p.a., Torino branch, is seeking a prestigious producer of equipment, MONOMANDRINI OPERATOR. The resource will be inserted into the production department with the task of ensuring quality/efficient production of components and respecting production times. MAIN ACTIVITIES: - responsible for correct process management of mechanical turning on CNC monomandrini machines with fixed head and mobile fantina; - takes care in autonomy of a product change, constantly verifying working parameters and loading machines with required material; - takes care of machine tooling; - ensures that all safety targets are respected and the area of competence is kept clean and tidy; - performs all necessary operations to ensure maintenance of quality level during production phase and control, recording controls and immediately reporting any NC that may compromise the process/product; - systematically checks operational efficiency of machines and equipment, reporting malfunctions and planned interventions, then operating in a rational manner to achieve the best operational results. REQUIREMENTS: - Diploma in mechanical engineering or equivalent, or professional institute/mechanical school post-diploma; - At least 5 years' experience on monomandrino lathes; - Experience in programming CNC machines; - Knowledge of ISO programming language; - Knowledge of mechanical design; - Manual skills with measurement tools; - Knowledge and use of measurement instruments assigned to the process; - Specialized training/courses: muletto (or patent or availability to have one); - Availability to work on three shifts.
