Monitorista

We are looking for a Monitorist to work in our office in Guadalajara, under the following responsibilities:

- Attend alarms emitted by intrusion, fire or access systems according to security process.

- Execute security procedures in case of detecting any risk situation through one of the intrusion, fire, access or digital video systems.

- Execute virtual patrols on the digital video system and notify relevant incidents to clients under agreed-upon procedures and communication channels.

- Conduct a review of the status of monitoring devices and notify client or supplier of any device failure for correction and record it in the CRM platform.

- Observation and tracking of GPS devices. Preparation of reports on failures or disconnections of GPS devices and/or platforms used. Provide support in events such as breakdowns, disconnections, collisions and/or alerts received in the fleet management administration platform.

- Cover a rotating shift schedule (including night shifts and weekends).

- Meet with the General Directorate of Private Security.
