Job Title: Principal Consultant – Datadog Monitoring (4C) Location: PAN India (Any Genpact Location) Experience: 10 Years Work Mode: Hybrid (3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote) Note: Immediate Joiners Only Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Datadog Monitoring Specialist with strong expertise in observability, monitoring, and incident management. The candidate should be hands-on in Datadog (APM, Logs, RUM, Synthetic) and capable of managing end-to-end monitoring solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and manage Datadog monitoring solutions for clients across various industries. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize monitoring requirements. • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Datadog's visualization tools. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex monitoring issues in a timely manner. • Stay up-to-date with the latest Datadog features and best practices. • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to process improvements. • Work closely with clients to understand their monitoring needs and provide recommendations for improvement. • Ensure compliance with Genpact's quality standards and client-specific requirements. • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members. • Provide high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations. • Collaborate with the monitoring team to develop and maintain a comprehensive monitoring strategy. • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and internal teams. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge. • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
