Monitoring Coordinator - Transport

TS Trucking is a top-level transportation company with its own assets and presence throughout Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider.

We are currently looking for a Monitoring Coordinator with experience in security to join our team in Querétaro. This position will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise the monitoring team, ensuring compliance with tracking and security protocols.
• Monitor and track heavy equipment transportation units in real-time using GPS platforms.
• Validate route and transit time compliance according to company policies and customer needs.
• Manage incidents and deviations from route, making timely decisions in coordination with operators and internal areas.
• Maintain constant and effective communication with truck drivers for operational support and incident resolution.
• Prepare performance reports and KPIs for monitoring, proposing process improvements.
• Ensure correct use of tracking tools and train the team on their operation.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective actions in safety incidents or GPS system failures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in monitoring heavy equipment transportation.
• At least 3 years in leadership or coordination positions for monitoring teams.
• Advanced knowledge of GPS systems, especially Samsara (desirable management of other platforms).
• Solid understanding of Mexican transportation routes and main operational and safety risks.
• Experience working directly with truck operators.
• Report management and performance indicator control.
• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
• Leadership, decision-making under pressure, and effective communication skills.
• Intermediate/advanced English.
