Job Description The Computer Lab Monitor will be responsible for monitoring student activities in the lab, offering support in the use of computers and educational software. On a daily basis, they will assist in organizing the space, ensure the proper functioning of equipment, provide guidance on good practices for technology use, and support teachers during practical classes. They will also answer basic IT questions, record technical incidents, and ensure the security of data and equipment. This is a full-time position with in-person work at the lab located in Paulínia SP.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service: It is important to have clear communication skills, active listening, and good customer service towards students and teachers.
• IT and Computer Usage: Basic to intermediate IT proficiency is required, with good familiarity with computer usage, operating systems, and common applications.
• Support and Training: Experience in guiding people in the use of technological resources and supporting small IT training activities is desirable.
• Education: High school diploma is required, with a technical or vocational course in IT or related areas being desirable.
• Other Differentiators: Ability to work in a team, organization, responsibility, proactivity, and availability to work full-time in person.
