Introduction:
Are you a dental hygienist with an affinity for patients who require extra attention and guidance? In this role, you will make a valuable contribution to comfort, health, and quality of life.

Your responsibilities:

• Performing preventive and periodontal treatments for the elderly
• Guiding and motivating clients on oral hygiene
• S signaling oral health problems and aligning with the team
• Working together with dentists, assistants, and care workers
• Giving clear instructions and advice on daily oral care

About the work environment:
You will be working in a professional healthcare setting in Lelystad, with attention to patients/clients who require extra support.

You will be working together with a committed team of caregivers and assistants. Intercollegial consultation and knowledge sharing are important.

• A dental hygienist with:
• A completed education in oral healthcare
• A valid BIG registration
• An affinity with elderly care and vulnerable patient groups
• A calm, empathetic, and patient-centered work attitude
• Independence and good communication skills
