Mold Shop Supervisor – Automotive Plastics Industry A leading Tier 1 automotive manufacturing company in Querétaro is looking for a highly experienced Tool Room Supervisor to join its plastics operation. We are searching for a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise in injection molds, tooling maintenance, and shop floor supervision within high-volume automotive environments. Key Requirements: ✔ Experience supervising Tool Room / Mold Shop operations ✔ Strong background in plastic injection molding processes and mold design ✔ Proven track record of improving efficiency, productivity, and quality in manufacturing environments ✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage a team of skilled technicians and engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and experience with implementing process improvements.
