Tasks

• Planning and design of technical building services in the areas of sanitary, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, electrical, and control engineering.
• Coordination and supervision of the execution of installation work in accordance with the specified technical standards and guidelines.
• Carrying out calculations for dimensioning technical systems and plants, as well as creating corresponding technical documentation.
• Advising clients on technical solutions and optimization possibilities for building services.
• Collaboration with architects, engineers, and other professionals for the integration of technical systems into construction projects.

Qualifications

• Completed degree or vocational training in the field of building services engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in the planning and implementation of projects in the areas of sanitary, heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and electrical engineering.
• Knowledge in the use of industry-standard planning and design software.
• Team player and strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Good German language skills, written and spoken; English skills are an advantage.
