Modernization Project Pursuit Manager for Hydro Plants

We are looking for a dedicated project pursuit professional, to work with our expert sales team and drive great results in our Power Water Solutions (PWS) business across Europe. This role is responsible for managing the pursuit of Power projects in Hydro Power space, identified as strategically important for the growth of the business and increasing market participation. They will mainly focus on winning projects while driving profitable growth and enhancing market participation for PWS core services. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management, sales, and marketing, with experience in the energy sector, preferably in Hydro Power. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of the Hydro Power industry, including current trends, challenges, and opportunities. They will also be able to develop and execute effective strategies for winning projects, leveraging their knowledge of the market and our company's strengths. In addition, they should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and partners. The role requires a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
