We are looking for an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant Microsoft (m/f/d) to strengthen our team, permanent position, hybrid work model.

The following tasks are part of your area of responsibility in this role:

• Consulting our customers on the introduction of Modern Workplace
• Analysis of existing IT environments
• Responsibility for the successful planning & implementation of customer projects
• Independent onboarding of new customers
• You remain the point of contact for our customers and continuously develop our customers' IT infrastructures

Qualifications

What we expect from you:

• Completed vocational training in the IT field or a comparable degree
• Several years of experience as a consultant or IT administrator for Microsoft 365 environments at an IT service provider
• Independent work and enjoyment in solving IT problems
• Solid basic knowledge in the area of Microsoft 365
• Professional communication with customers, suppliers, and partners
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Interest in the latest technologies and personal development
• Team player and enjoyment of customer contact
