Are you an architect with an eye for detail, passion for 3D modeling, and experience with Revit? Do you want to work on both serial housing projects and complex projects, in a team where your ideas and development are central? Then we have the challenge for you!

We're an innovative architectural advisory firm, specialized in high-quality 3D performance models and leading in the world of BIM. With clients like contractors and project developers, you'll work on projects that make the Netherlands more beautiful.

What will you do?

As a 3D Revit Modelleur, you'll work independently or in a team to fully develop architectural projects in a 3D performance model. Your models will form the basis for sales materials, permit applications, and working drawings.

Your task package includes:

• Modeling complete buildings from design to execution in Revit
• Analyzing technical issues and brainstorming solutions
• Generating drawings and IFCs from the 3D model
• Supporting clients in the design process
• Coordinating digital model exchange via e.g. BIM 360 Docs, Docstream, and Glue
• Actively contributing to innovation in Revit and BIM within our firm

What do you bring?

• HBO work and thinking level (e.g. Architecture or comparable)
• Proven experience with Revit and BIM
• Architectural knowledge and familiarity with legislation
• You are self-reliant, accurate, communicative, and a true team player
• Flexible, proactive, and thinking in process optimization
