Description of the job

You will be the driving force behind your store's commercial strategy; develop the skills and performances of your team members; ensure customer satisfaction on your sector/area; pilot, develop, and ensure the profitability of your sector/area while respecting set objectives.

Qualifications

A leader with a passion for commerce, customer relations, and challenge, you have already had significant experience on a similar role. You have a good grasp of the different aspects of developing and implementing a strategy (commercial, human) for a sector/area to develop performance and customer satisfaction.
