Mobile Sales Manager with German Language

Together with our Client - a leader in the window frame production sector, in connection with the development of the department, we are looking for a person for the position: Sales Manager with German Language. Scope of tasks: responsibility for active acquisition of new customers, development of cooperation with existing contractors and realization of set sales targets on the German market, creating a distribution network, building and maintaining long-term business relationships with B2B clients, conducting negotiations and meetings with clients, identifying and analyzing market trends, developing and implementing sales strategies, maintaining accurate records of sales activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a relevant field, at least 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication skills in German, and a strong understanding of the German market and culture. The candidate should be able to work independently, be proactive, and have a strong sense of responsibility. The job requires frequent travel to Germany and occasional travel to other European countries.
