Mobilization Representative – C2H (9 Months)

Location: Bangalore

Experience Required: Minimum 4 years

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) – 9 Months

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST (US Shift)

CTC: Up to ₹56,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Staffing & Onboarding

Coordinate timely staffing and ensure seamless onboarding of team members.

Production Readiness & Operations Reporting

Support successful coordination for production readiness.

Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports.

Technology & Work Environment (TWE) Readiness

Coordinate timely readiness of technology and work environment requirements.

Client Visits & RFI/RFP Support

Support team in showcasing Accenture’s capabilities to clients.

Assist in preparing responses to RFI/RFPs.

Knowledge Transfer (KT) Support

Assist the Knowledge Transfer Lead in smooth execution of KT process.

Capacity Planning

Support the team in effective capacity planning activities.

Operational Excellence

Assist in documentation of operational excellence processes and best practices.


RequirementsDesired Candidate Profile:

4–6 years of relevant experience in Project Coordination / PMO / Operations Support / Transition Support roles.

Strong knowledge of onboarding, staffing, reporting, and client coordination.

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation.

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).

Willingness to work in US shift (5 PM – 3 AM IST).

Prior experience in ITES / Consulting / BPO transition or PMO environment preferred.
