Job description
We are a U.S.–Mexico company specializing in engineering construction and installation projects, and we’re looking for an experienced Mobility Specialist to join our team. This is a hands-on, hybrid role (office in Querétaro, Mexico) directly supporting crews as they move to U.S. project sites. Responsibilities include: Coordinating and booking flights Negotiating with hotels, housing providers, and vendors Managing short- and mid-term housing rentals Ensuring compliance with visa and immigration regulations Providing logistical support for crew mobilization and demobilization Assisting in the development of travel policies and procedures Maintaining accurate records and reports to track crew movements and expenses. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
