Job description
We are looking for an experienced mobility broker who strengthens the employer approach in smart and sustainable mobility. The contractor builds bridges between employers, policymakers and mobility initiatives. With proven experience in approaching and advising employers, the contractor knows how to activate, support and connect them around mobility issues, create awareness and provide targeted advice.

The job involves developing and implementing a plan of action, focused on increasing employer engagement and offering concrete mobility instruments (such as mobility scans, as a means to bring opportunities into view). This will involve setting up a communication and monitoring plan.

Goal of the job
To actively engage as many employers in Regio Foodvalley as possible in solutions that contribute to accessibility and sustainability. This will be achieved through a combination of networking, offer development, employer support, question bank function, active approach and result-oriented execution.

Tasks (result areas)

• Using a relevant regional network to reach employers
• Developing and implementing a plan of action with communication and monitoring plans
• Offering and/or further developing mobility instruments such as mobility scans
• Organizing meetings, events or consultations focused on knowledge sharing and activation
• Sensing opportunities and bottlenecks at employers and translating them into concrete actions
• Aligning and collaborating with Regio Foodvalley and relevant stakeholders
• Actively reporting back to and consulting with the regional working group to share progress, signals and results
• Providing input for project management and reports
