The hey contact heroes start a new, larger project for a well-known mobile phone brand in the prepaid customer service area. This is an inbound service.

We are looking for reliable, motivated freelancers worldwide who live and work outside of Germany to support us long-term in inbound customer service.

If you live and work outside of Germany and want to freelance remotely, you're exactly right with us.

Tasks

What awaits you:

• Processing inbound calls around prepaid products, tariffs, SIM cards, top-ups, and technical basic inquiries
• Professional project environment with fixed contact partners
• Flexible working hours within the project framework; you decide when you work
• Payout per hour or productive minute (depending on the project model)
• 100 % Remote - Work from your location worldwide (except Germany)

Qualification

1. Legal & formal requirements:

• Self-employment/freelancer status in your country of residence
• Residence outside of Germany
• Able to submit proper invoices according to the laws of your own country to international clients (us)
• Compliance with tax obligations in your own country

2. Professional & personal requirements:

• German language skills at C1/C2 level
• Experience in telephone customer service is advantageous
• Self-organized work style & organization
• Long-term interest in project participation

3. Technical requirements:

• Stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Headset, two monitors, webcam, and a powerful PC
• A quiet, undisturbed workspace in your home office (no insight/access for third parties)
• Safe handling of web-based tools
