We are looking for a mobile auto glass technician (m/w/d) nationwide, starting immediately and indefinitely full-time. For over 35 years, nobleglass GmbH & Co. KG with its headquarters in Hamburg and Kolbermoor has been leading the way in mobile repair and replacement of vehicle windshields, as part of the Auto Fleet Control Group. Nobleglass offers modern on-site technology – from stone chip to windshield replacement including calibration of driver assistance systems. The company convinces through fully digitalized processes, high quality standards, and a nationwide mobile service – directly at the customer's doorstep.

The focus lies on speed, transparency, and service quality: With an average repair time of around 30 minutes and automated billing via insurance companies, nobleglass saves its customers time and effort.

As a mobile auto glass technician (m/w/d), you will be assigned to a warehouse near your place of residence and will work within a radius of 200km. You plan your day independently, work with digital processes, and are part of an engaged team with flat hierarchies that supports you at all times.

Tasks

• Carrying out replacement and repair of front, rear, and side windshields with the service vehicle directly at the customer's doorstep
• Faultless repair of stone chip damage
• Calibration of driver assistance systems
• Digital documentation of the work performed through the digital order system

Qualification

• Completed training in the automotive sector, e.g. as a motor vehicle mechatronics technician, motor vehicle mechanic, bodywork or vehicle builder, or further education in the field of vehicle glass
• First professional experience in the automotive industry, ideally in the auto glass field
• Good German language skills (at least B2 level) for secure communication with customers
• Class B driving license required
• Independent and reliable working style as well as enjoyment of direct customer contact
