Mobile Trainer for Air Conditioning (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Training and accompanying our installation teams at various job sites throughout Germany.

• Identification of areas for improvement, as well as derivation and communication of constructive feedback for the further development of expertise and work processes.

• Analysis of installation results and ensuring professional and high-quality execution.

• Continuous further development of processes, standards, and training materials to ensure the Enpal standard.

Your Profile

• A valid refrigerant certificate (proof of competence) for working on air conditioning systems is mandatory for this position.

• Relevant practical professional experience in the installation and commissioning of air conditioning systems.

• Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel with overnight stays from Monday to Friday.

• Independent working style, strong quality awareness, and enjoyment in passing on expertise.
