Responsibilities

Mobile (Focus)

• Kotlin Multiplatform is your playground – that's what we rely on for all upcoming projects
• Native when necessary: you are also familiar with iOS and/or Android

Web

• React, Astro, Tailwind – you build websites that load fast and look good
• SEO, Performance, Accessibility: not an afterthought, but considered from day one
• You can connect CMS systems in your sleep – with us, mostly with Payload

Additionally: build and maintain n8n automations, connect APIs of internal tools (Asana, Grafana, Google APIs) – agency life, you know. This diversity doesn't scare you; you tackle it with the same care as your core business.

Qualifications

• Kotlin Multiplatform as a focus, basic knowledge in native iOS and/or Android development
• Solid JS/TS knowledge, experience with React, Astro, Tailwind
• You have SEO, Performance, and Accessibility in your blood
• CMS experience, ideally with Payload, is a plus
• Taking responsibility instead of just ticking off tickets – that's your thing
• You see problems before anyone has to show them to you
• Mistakes happen – you learn from them and share the learnings with the team
• Thinking along, contributing to design: explicitly encouraged
• All-rounder: changing stacks and projects appeal to you, rather than stressing you out
• You use AI tools, especially Claude, specifically for speed & quality – control over code and decisions remains with you
• AI, AI Coding, Agents, Automation – your thing privately as well
